RESERVATION
A reservation can be made by either using the form located here
,elephoning us, e-mailing us or by
post. To guarantee your reservation it is wise to pay a
reservation fee and this can be made by several methods ~ see methods
of payment below.
RESERVATION
FEE
The reservation fee is 110 Euros and is deductible from the rental.
DEPOSIT
There is no deposit as such but we may ask for your credit card details.
METHODS
OF PAYMENT
Cheque in euros sent direct to our address in France. If
you are sending cash in the post please insure you send by registered
post and insure your package. Cheque payment may also be made by cheque
sterling,
please contact us
for the amount in sterling and address in UK to send your
cheque.
CREDIT CARDS
Credit cards are accepted and payment is made safely via our
PAYPAL ACCOUNT

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
WEEKLY RENTALS
~ start from Saturday to
Saturday. Your reserved accommodation
will be available from 14.00 hrs and the accommodation must be
made
vacant before 10.00 the Saturday of your departure date.
DAILY RENTALS
~ your reserved apartment will be available from 11.00 and should be
vacated by 10.00 the morning of your departure
SERVICES AND TAXES
The rental prices (daily and Weekly) include Electricity, Gas, Water,
Bed linen change,
local taxes and charges.
(* if your accommodation is equipped
with a
wood burner a daily supply of wood will be made available if you so
require)

The rental prices include parking of one or two vehicle(s) (car or
small van). If
you require additional parking please see supplements
DELAYED
ARRIVAL, PREMATURE DEPARTURE OR ALTERATIONS TO THE ORIGINALLY
BOOKING
If your arrival time is delayed please inform us by telephone to ensure
someone is here to welcome you and pass you the keys. When departing
earlier than originally booked, for whatever reasons, there will be no
refund of the amounts prepaid. Alterations to your originally booking
should be sent in writing and received here at least one week to your
arrival date.
