David and Jules left La Giraudière

Last week, David and Jules left La Giraudière after spending 3 weeks volunteering. This couple, coming from London, has been helping and contributing to the maintenance of the house and favoring the coexistence between the different volunteers.

David, has returned to La Giràudiere after spending 3 weeks here last summer with his son. He has been doing different activities during his stay, such as gardening, cleaning vehicles, repairing bicycles and even helping in the works that improve one of the parts of the house.

On the other hand, Jules has been dedicated to cleaning the house, cooking, buying food and being willing to help in all that has been necessary.

They have been very nice and charming who have tried to share their knowledge with the other volunteers, in addition they showed an attitude of wanting to learn from others

The whole idea of the La Giraudiere project is for people of all backgrounds, all ages, all nationalities to have the chance to live together learn about each others lifestyle exchange their knowledge, experiences and skills whilst living and working together in France and at the same time helping, improving and adding to the Project for those to come in the future.
