Mamie
Bulles is a quaint bar and
restaurant
in the centre of Brossac Village. Conveniently
situated next to the Salle des
Fêtes and within
walking distance of La Giraudiere and the Holiday Village.
Upon my
visit I found it to be the perfect
place to become immersed in
Brossac rural life. The
proprietor,
Frédéric Baillet,
serves you with a smile as the village
locals congregate and socialise over their vin rouge or pineau blanc.
The aroma of garlic and olive oil emanates from the cuisine as Amelie,
the chef, creates her delights. ~ S.T.
