Evs Seminar in Sommi\u00e8res<\/h1>\n

As part of the erasmus program, the two EVS volunteers<\/strong><\/em> who were already arrived at La Giraudi\u00e8re<\/strong><\/em> to start the YERRF project<\/strong><\/em>, Deniz from Turkey and Sofia from Italy, attended a week orientation\u00a0in Sommi\u00e8res, little town about 22km\u00a0far from N\u00eemes.<\/p>\n

Julie and H\u00e9l\u00e8ne, members\u00a0of the Agence Erasmus+ de Jeunesse & Sport<\/strong><\/em>, planned\u00a0the activities aimed to welcome us to France<\/strong><\/em>, teach us further information about the EVS program<\/strong><\/em> and learn more about our projects and objectives.<\/p>\n

It was also an amazing opportunity to meet\u00a0international young volunteer<\/em>s<\/strong>, from Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Marocco, Estonia who are now\u00a0in various\u00a0towns of France and have a cultural exchange<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, we visited another interesting historical town in France<\/strong><\/em>, Sommi\u00e8res: we enjoyed the fascinating view from the castle, we explored their historical sites and we took part to their fairs and local parties, plus we talked with local people who\u00a0were very friendly and welcolming.<\/p>\n

Despite the long journey by\u00a0train to arrive in Sommi\u00e8re from Bordeaux, it was definetly worth it. Thanks to Erasmus+<\/em> <\/strong>and the YERRF project,<\/strong><\/em> we can take part in this experience abroad, meet international volunteers<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and explore France<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n
