S\u00e9jour linguistique b\u00e9n\u00e9vole pour apprendre l’anglais en France<\/h1>\n

17 year old Antoine Lang lives in Ach\u00e8res in France and had considered going to England for a linguistic “s\u00e9jour” so as to improve his English, but then he stumbled on the La Giraudi\u00e8re website offering volunteering opportunities and decided that it would be far easier and cheaper to volunteer in his native France than to go to some unknown part of England.<\/p>\n

He was delighted with his three week stay where he was able to meet other volunteers from China, England, Scotland and Australia and get plenty of practice in speaking English.<\/p>\n

Whilst staying at La Giraudi\u00e8re, Antoine took advantage of the nearby lake and was able to go swimming in the lake, cycling as well as playing his guitar. He volunteered by doing some gardening, some building maintenance and updating web pages about La Giraudiere program for French speakers titled “b\u00e9n\u00e9vole pour apprendre l’anglais en France”<\/p>\n

Je m’appelle Antoine et j’ai 17 ans. J’ai \u00e9tait b\u00e9n\u00e9vole pour La Giraudi\u00e8re durant 2 semaines. C’\u00e9tait super bien, j’ai rencontr\u00e9 des personnes de plein de pays diff\u00e9rents : Chine, Angleterre, \u00c9cosse, Australie…<\/div>\n
Ces 2 semaines sont pass\u00e9s tr\u00e8s vite et ont \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s enrichissante. J’\u00e9tais le seul Fran\u00e7ais durant cette p\u00e9riode et cela ma permis d’\u00eatre vraiment plong\u00e9 dans la langue Anglaise. \u00catre b\u00e9n\u00e9vole \u00e0 La Giraudi\u00e8re est awesome si tu es fran\u00e7ais car tu progresse \u00e9norm\u00e9ment. Du coup, mon niveau en Anglais est mont\u00e9 en fl\u00e8che. On pense Anglais 24h\/24 comme si on \u00e9tait en UK ou aux USA. J’ai appris aussi beaucoup de choses durant mon s\u00e9jour lors de mes diff\u00e9rents travaux en faisant des Constructions et Pages Web. Il y a de super dinners\u00a0de tout les pays\u00a0qui nous attendent chaque soir. Une super ambiance, tr\u00e8s conviviale, j’ai fais de tr\u00e8s bonne rencontre. J’ai aussi pu aller souvent me baigner au Lac, faire du v\u00e9lo et sortir avec le reste du groupe lors des moments de temps libre. De plus, faire ce s\u00e9jour est beaucoup moins cher ici. En effet, 1 semaine \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger est \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 plus de 6 semaines \u00e0 La Giraudi\u00e8re. Je pense que c’est le meilleur moyen pour am\u00e9liorer son Anglais, apprendre des choses en travaillant tout en restant en France et en aidant les autres.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n
