Barbara Booth has been a freelance journalist for over 20 years, published nationally in newspapers and magazines including The Age, The Canberra Times, The West Australian, Qantas Club magazine, Home Beautiful, and OzArts. Barbara arrived at La Giraudi\u00e8re in 2013 as a volunteer. Two years later an Australian magazine published a three- page article about the culture exchange project here at La Giraudi\u00e8re. Peter S.\u00a0Greenberg\u00a0(born January 20) is an American journalist. He is the CBS News Travel Editor, reporting regularly on The Early Show, its replacement CBS This Morning, and the CBS Evening News. He may be best known as the Travel Editor for NBC’s Today, CNBC and MSNBC from 1995 until 2009. He is also known as the travel detective. The dates for 2026 Summer program are now published<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2026 volunteers program starts accepting volunteers from Monday the 8th June 2026. The 2026 Program will end on the 4th September 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recommended volunteering period is 3 weeks but you can apply for any length of stay during the program dates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
