During the last week, we were doing a different job at La Giraudière. We took advantage of the weather to remodel the house.
Volunteer Agusti, from Spain, and volunteer David, from the UK, also helped with the work of the building, which took three days.
The idea is to get even more space and give comfort to who is living in La Giraudière and to those who will arrive for their volunteering programs.

Agusti, un volontaire de Valence, en Espagne, est arrivé à La Giraudière, il y a deux semaines. Il est venu ici pour faire partie du projet YERRF et faire sa première expérience de bénévolat en France. En ce moment, à La Giraudière, il apprend à vivre sa vie calmement et il dit qu’il prépare le travail «avec la calme». Au cours des derniers jours au sein de l’association, il a fait beaucoup d’activités, il s’est impliqué dans le projet YERRF, il a également appris la comptabilité et maintenant il fait du jardinage parce que c’est important pour lui d’être en contact avec la nature. Il assiste à ses leçons de français et explore la culture d’ici. Le projet YERRF et l’apprentissage du français sont la priorité de La Giraudière.
Agusti, a volunteer from Valencia, Spain, arrived at La Giraudière two weeks ago.
He came here to become part of the YERRF project and do his first erasmus volunteering experience in France.
At this moment, at La Giraudière, he learned to live his life calmly and as he always says that he prepares the work “avec le calm”.
In the past days in the association, he had done a lot of activities, he has been involved in the YERRF project, he also learned about accounting, and now he is gardening because it is important to him to be in contact with nature.
He is attending his French lessons and exploring the culture around here.
The YERRF entrepeneurship project and learning French are still his priorities at La Giraudière.
