For 2026 the dates are as follows, The summer program starts in Monday the 8th of June 2026. You can apply for 1 – 10 weeks and the Reccomended period is 3 weeks. 2026 program will end on the 4th September 2026.
Simply indicate your dates and your period, or periods, of being available on the application form. If the dates you apply for are outside the 2026 program dates then we will give you the opportunity to change your dates.

The language lessons are one of the many benefits, for volunteering at La Giraudiere, the lessons are taught by qualified teachers and of high quality but, you should note we are not as such a language school.
We are a place where people of different nationalities, cultures, ages and backgrounds can come and through volunteering, co-habitation and group living experience different cultures learn English, or French and enjoy France and all it offers.
