The La Giraudiere website and the school trip to France website needs a properly organized image section that would provide images of the restoration of La Giraudiere, the working group, the village, the department of Charente and the region of south west France. Allready we have many photographs that need indexing, publishing and registering think you can help put it together then read on..., Many visitors have arrived at the website who were searching for an image for instance last year some students researching Fort Boyard found our website and as a result became part of the 2009 group. La Giraudiere.com is ranked very highly for images related to south west france searches in google for but this needs improving. So what are we looking for here is an image/video section of the website which is well organised and indexed. Visitors to the website will be able to download and use the images as they wish providing they give credit to lagiraudiere.com and the person who produced or took the image/video. All images/vidoes would be licensed through Creative Commons. Once we have a section in place we can then add them to google images, vi.sualize.us, yahoo and many more. So the research here would be "what images are people looking for" for this I will show you how we can find out. The other projects listed to the left will give us our structure as each of the projects require images. A whole page may describe exactly the dune de pyla it's height it's width and much more but a picture will instantly attract the person to read the article. So if you have a love of photography or images what better way to spend a few weeks than looking at the region of south west France and putting together something that will be seen for ever.
