golf tour flight imageDay 1 After your transfers to your accommodation there is a welcoming aperitifs where you will be introduced to your  tour representative and other members golf tour train imageof the team. You will also receive your tour details and welcoming pack.  After which there is time to unpack and freshen up before the first of many typical evening dinners where you will sample the regional cuisine and wines of The Charente Region.
Day 2 After Breakfast the coach is arriving for the first of your 18 holes today we are off to La
Rochelle famous for it’s twin towers golf la rochelle imageguarding it’s old port. Lunch today will be at the course. After Lunch you will either continue with an additional round of golf or alternatively there will be an excursion into La Rochelle depending on your preferences when booking.

Day 3 Its is a very early start today as we are off to the Medoc where we will play one of 18 hole championship courses. Lunch again will be at the course. On route back we will stop at one of the famous chateaux to sample the delights of the Medoc. Evening meal will be prepared by one of our local restaurants and accompanied by a good Bordeaux.

Day 4 is time to relax and sample some of the region tourist sites. The coach will do the work today taking us on a trip to golf cognac imageAngouleme one of the lesser-known jewels of France.  A chance here for the shopaholics to take in a super store. Angouleme also has some superbgolf tour bus image architecture and there is the resistance museum and a whole list of attractions. For those with some energy to burn there is the Angouleme Nautilus park an excellent place for swimming, sauna and numerous water related activities.  Lunch is as you please nothing pre- arranged, Dinner this evening will be on route back at a "routiers" and then back to the bar for some well deserved relaxation.
Day 5 After breakfast it is back to the golf and today we have an early start at Cognac to test ourselves on a very cleverly designed course where each hole is sponsored by one of the famous cognac houses. Beware of the Hennessey and be cautious with the martell After Lunch we will be golf holiday imagestopping at one of the famous cognac house to sample the golden eau de vie or a trip on the river golf tour lake imageCharente. Evening meal tonight will be at the local lake side restaurant.


Day 6 After breakfast the coach will be taking us to the last of our golf courses but by no means the easiest. To day we are off to the seaside at Royan a very testing 18 holes with many ups and downs. Lunch will be at the club and afterwards it straight back where you will have time to chill out prior to evening meal and tour trophy presentation and prize giving which will be at the Chateaux restaurant Chalais

golf south west france imageDay 7 With the tour coming to an end and all the cards have been counted and the prizes given it is time to think of those last minute gifts for back home. After breakfast we will head of to Bordeaux where you will be able to take in some last minute shopping prior to teeing of for home.
